At Bag It, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • With tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • Products returned without original parts or packaging

4. Return Shipping & Instructions

To request a return, please contact us at support@bagit.site.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your package.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind Returns: For standard returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees

We believe in fair and transparent service. Therefore, Bag It does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank for processing updates
